Sichuan-Jeollanam-do Sino-Korean Traditional Food International Symposium
 
In November 2005, Professor Zhang Wenxue in Sichuan University and Professor Jung Shun Chul in Mokpo National University jointly launched the first Sichuan-Jeollanam-do Sino-Korean Traditional Food International Symposium. In April 2006, the Second Sichuan-Jeollanam-do Sino-Korean Traditional Food International Symposium was held at Mokpo National University, Mokpo, Korea. In July 2007, the Third Sichuan-Jeollanam-do Sino-Korean Traditional Food International Symposium organized by Sichuan University and Guizhou Kaili College was held at Kaili, Guizhou, China. In May 2008, the Fourth Sichuan-Jeollanam-do Sino-Korean Traditional Food International Symposium was held at Mokpo National University, Mokpo, Korea. In June 2009, the Fifth Sichuan-Jeollanam-do Sino-Korean Traditional Food International Symposium organized was held at Sichuan University, Chengdu, China. In July 2010, the Sixth Sichuan-Jeollanam-do Sino-Korean Traditional Food International Symposium was held at Mokpo National University, Mokpo, Korea.
